Love your description of how the mood of the room mitigated your fear. I danced ballet professionally ("Bodies in Arabesque" is my next book), and I can say that fear as you stand in the wings never goes away. And it's for the good - It gives you an edge when you hit the stage.
Good job signing up again. The more you do it, the less frightening it becomes. They say you never want to lose the fear completely, as that is what gives you the sharpened focus when speaking. You will kill it.
You nailed it! And you will again. So thrilled for you.
I kept your words of encouragement with me the whole time last year--- will do this same this weekend!

Thank you, Terri! I’ll do my best to embrace the edgy 😊
